This is a comment from the Telegraph from a protester in Madrid - We have passed no return point,my dear friends. There is no solution to our problems, I admit. Southern people are becoming slaves of NEW ORDER COMITEE built by Germans mainly and our non violence movement 15 M Indignados is not anymore strong enough to stop them. We have been evicted this morning easily from all our camps in Madrid and police has warned us that they will wound us next time, they have received orders to do it. We have general elections next November but at this rate we won´t have the chance to save our country from the BIG BAN BIG BAN will be the moment when Italy and Spain announce their default and the Germans will come to take over the countries as a condition to save us from the bankruptcy. This will happen in September... no way for us to have a democratic place in the Parlament to represent the voice of the vast majority of our citizens... no democratic way to force to leave EU VAMPIRES LAND. What can we do, dear friends?? This morning I have looked at my children playing with their friends a football match and imitating the Spanish victory they saw yesterday and I say to myself: I am going to fight.... we have today at 20 h a great meeting and we will take over the square again... I have no clue what will be the Police reaction. But I know what will be ours if they are violent... maybe everything will start earlier than I thought. Our politicians are missing, most on holidays... they are not suffering for the nation future, for our future...they do not care We have built a network through Europe... we are organized... We will change our non violent aim developed till today to an Arab style action when BIG BAN start. We do not want, we are peaceful movement but the VAMPIRES are not giving any chance waiting till general elections, they know it and so rating agencies will downgrade next week and everything will start German people, please, we are going to ask for you to say NO to the bailout to Italy and Spain, do not be accomplice to this sec. If they shoot people, it makes people angrier and change has to occur to pacify people if only for a while. As with Chinese riots in HK 66 and the revenge in 67. Also 1989 the protestors were killed in large numbers, it scared the CCP into making reforms. If they don't shoot people then they may well use lamp posts and rope. Yep, one of the few reasons i bother visiting now..........................I never guessed this outcome, buying back issued paper/debt with magical new 0000's, how can anything have any value other than effort which is being crushed by the printer? In Europe the expected position of the people is that we are already in control and our leaders/rulers are elected representatives. They will not order the use of automatic weapons as it's fully untenable and they know it, as do the backroom players who will simply change who they deal with when it has become clear who has taken power, they will simply rely on the old adage about power corrupting being true for the new leaders and carry on as before. It might look like a revolution and there will be a lot of revolutionary songs sung but it won't be very revolutionary. Part of the reason why any attempt to save the 'official' Greek economy is sodomised from the outset is that their grey and black economies are as big if not bigger than their official one. They are responding to tax hikes widespread and structural tax evasion, e.g. by operating local barter economies, in some cases even local and unofficial currencies, working for cash in hand, trading excisable goods without them even being officially registered as having been produced, etc. etc. From what I gather, this is happening on such a large scale that even if every single Greek public sector employee was a policeman and/or a tax inspector, you still probably wouldn't be able to stop it. And with every further government-imposed austerity measure, the official economy shrinks a little more and the black one grows a little more. I think that scenario is far more likely in Italy or Spain than guillotines in the Plaza del Neptuno. Leave a capitalist system alone, and the rules of the system will cause more and more wealth to be concentrated in fewer hands, just as Marx predicted. This will cause the system to collapse through lack of demand. You need some method if redistribution. Democratically through high taxes is good. Violently through revolution is also a solution.
