First Time Buyer Parental Assistance Mortgages

Recommended Posts

Apologies if this is completely the wrong place to be asking this, but do parental assistance mortgages still exist for first time buyers? I know there used to be guarantor mortgages, as well as mortgages whereby a parents salary was taken into account when offering the mortgage (but without it being jointly-owned as such) - do these still exist in any way?

Thanks in advance. :)

there's mention of guarantor stuff on the scottish windows website, although i think it might be to do with a 'Professional Mortgage' intended just to lawyers, doctors, etc. worth you having a look though anyway
