Recommended Posts

After worrying about whether the crash is even going to happen I came accross these posts from sellers on another forum I visit, posted within a few hours of each other....

It looks like sellers are starting to get desperate. None of the replies mention the "crash" word though. I dont want to scare them by posting a link to this forum!

We have a viewing on our house on thursday and are desperate to sell it - like really desperate and would accept a MUCH lower offer like 50k less. How can we encourage people to a. look and b. buy

try reducing the price by 50k to start with !

the thing they are selling for is a MASSIVE free PROFIT.

when they cant get this massive amount of free money they think there is something wrong ?

try selling it for what you paid + regular inflation.

it will be gone in a week.

but they dont want to hear that.

they just want to know how many thousands of pounds they can get out of some poor sod.

the only compensation of a long protracted crash is the lovely just desserts that will be served through the entire period. granted, i dont have a home of my own, but at least i can watch the fun without and horror.

I think the very best thing you could do is post a link to this forum then these people might forget all the nice curtains crap and market their houses at realistic prices.

Please do and then post us a link to see their reactions!!!! [then send a copy to the Daily Express to support their recent headline !!!! ]
