Just shows, as I have always thought, how the Irish bubble helped ramp up prices in the UK as people 'flush with cheap debt' expanded into residential and commercial property in the UK.

Eire is fecked.

I wonder how many of those developers are truly bankrupt or whether they have hidden away a lot of their cash?
