Did I read this morning that the yoy is -3.9% :)

That was the figure last month, although it might still also be correct for this month too. Can't find the figure on their report (when it gets too low, do they drop it?)

This never seems to do anything other than 0.1 either way.

Seems this report carries very little weight. From an EA:

I used to fill their reports in, now can't be bothered, never win anything - don't know anyone who has. And too long winded.
