A very honest Article...READ IT! :D


Finally there is an admission, despite the sophistry, that house prices are now year on year negative. The further prediction is that prices will be 5% lower by the year end.
The reference to full employment in the report is a political red-herring and should have no place in the same. First time buyers, on the new revised mimimum wage, will draw no comfort from such a misleading statement.
