New House Being Built - Insane Setup?

Recommended Posts

House to be built in 2.5 years time.

They don't know how big the garden will be, nor do they know how much it will cost.

They're advertising it now though.

To top it off, someone has paid a 1st option type deposit where they get first dibs on it in 2.5 years time when the price is announced.

This is in the north. Near a shithole. No jobs nearby etc. so not prime in any sense of the word.

Odd. All I can say about it. Never come across this before!

Maybe the developer (or mate thereof), in the hope that some other mug will follow their lead.

Like I said earlier now that this turd is going down all the rats will be looking to leave the sinking ship by whatever means possible, as quickly as possible.
