EXETER

EX1 - Down from 34 to 10

EX2 - Down from 77 to 19

Got nagging doubt these figures aren't quite complete though...

Hey, torko, another Exeter person. Maybe we should set up a HPC meet down here?!? I know there are at least a couple other Exeter folk plus a few from Plymouth way on HPC.

That'll be 2 of us then.....

From what I've read I am in a similar situation to yourself with the other half wanting to own desperately.

Have put her in charge of coming up with somewhere she would want to live at a realistic price and almost a year down the line she has come up with nothing yet.

Isn't Starcross the place where the railway platform is so low the old folk can't get on the trains? :P

Yes. Hence the name!

I moved from Starcross last week and now live in Exeter again. Those railway platforms were just too much! :P

Only just finished those Tesco one's and already a few 'To Let' signs appeared I see.

What price's are they going for out of interest?

As for the new housing there's the new 100+ development going to start at the County Ground rugby/speedway stadium soon. Wouldn't like to try and sell those by the time they are completed.....

Hey you lot, there's a few of us in Cornwall too, not too far away right!

A SouthWest meet would be a good idea.

The south west is a big place. Maybe Plymouth is considered central? At least for Devonians and Cornwall folk. Or if we included Somerset maybe Exeter is central?

Is there interest from enough on here guarantee a turn out?

Land Registry warns that it takes 3/4 months for all sales to be registered. So it is difficult to trust this quite yet IMO.

Did May instead to allow for the lag

May 2004.....20 sales

May 2005.....2 sales

Yes just TWO
