Capped Energy Tariff

Recommended Posts

I used a comparison website to get the lowest cost dual fuel. The companies all have different discounts, and pricing methods and I did my best to bring these into the per unit costs to get a graph of cost versus kwh (gas).

The capped tarriffs are only to August 2012. So are they worth it because presumably the discounted nPower will be jacked up by 25-40% ? (also the bulk of the discounts arrive in month 11/12)

Have you included a gas transportation charge?

I recently discovered that British Gas don't charge for it but EDF do.

It's a cheapskate builder's way of passing on what should be their costs to people who live in their houses.
