Five Year Fixes Down Again...

If you go through a broker you can get 3.64% fixed for 5 years and 75% LTV with Accord.

They'll slap you with a 1900 fee though.

Or for a 400 fee you get 3.84%.

Hmm, I got my 5yr from FD in feb at 4.29% with £99 booking fee, I guess the nationwide one will be very similar still over the period of the mortgage

Bit drank for a break even point (BEP), but :

£1,000 = 0.4% x 5 years x loan.

That is your BEP.

2% x loan = £1,000

Is it 50k?

Hmmmz, 125k means i'd be £1k worse off over the 5 years
