Silly sods, they should just use the Ltd company principle. You build something use a subsidary ltd company. Build it renege, wind up the company... bingo bill vanishes. My mate is fighting a constructive dismissal case, he's going to win as his case is rock solid. His solicitor fears they'll just wind up the company if he wins.
