How To Lose 51% Value In 2Y

Recommended Posts

Looking at buing in this road and came across the difference in prices for a flat sold in 2007 and 2009!!!! BH14 is a nice postcode, this is a great road but the idea these flats were worth over 400k is crazy, I forgot how mad the madness was!!!

This is the biggest single drop ive seen in the area and the first over 50%

Extraordinary drop. Nice area, but it's no Canford Cliffs or Sandbanks, being bracketed by Ashley Road and Bournemouth Road.

Classic drop for an overspill area. I cant see anything else but similar drops in my area in West London, eventually. I am not buying, but want to see sanity return.

Yep nice area but 400k for a flat is nuts, good school catchment area, to be honest 210k in 2009 is a bonkers amount as well
