Sold = Will re-appear for sale soon

Under offer = Will re-appear for sale soon

at least that's what's happening around my parts.

Do I assume that the deals are falling through or are the vendors playing games?

A friends mum just got shot of her "executive flat.." sold.. very small profit.. but she was happy.

a block of thirty homes and 8 had been for sale.

there was a gentlemans agreement that no "for sale" signs should appear as the properties would be devalued..

the "high end" property estate agents agread..

One of them I knew had not had a viewing in nine months..

the others.. well they are still for sale..

Well.. my friends mum.. she signed up with fulfords and wacked a "for sale" sign up for all to see.

the price.. modest.. but she made a bit..

The fuss the.. "my properties worth £80,000 more then I paid for it a year and a half ago" crowd made is a distand memory as she has .. well sold and moved.

Realistically priced....................the vendor is keen to sell

New price.................................the vendor is getting a little desperate

Priced for quick sale..................the vendor is getting really desperate

Auction/any offers.....................the vendor is really, really really desperate

ebay/raffle...............................the vendor is soooo. desperate the will try anything
