French Stand Up To Brit Investment

Looks like one of our Anglo-Saxon characteristics, our never ending search for profit, isn't being too warmly welcomed in some areas.

A MOTHER of three who supports a British plan to build a golf course complex in rural Brittany is being driven from her home by a campaign of harassment that culminated in the murder of her pet horse.
The attack, which is being investigated by gendarmes, has raised concern about rising levels of animosity towards the growing numbers of British people who have settled in Brittany, which is home to militant separatist groups.
Asked whether British residents were popular with the locals, he replied: “There are certain British people who don’t speak any French even though they have lived here for years.

The French don't appear to mess about when they think something is wrong, they act. ******** to lefty liberalism. I guess they like their place the way it is and don't want it to be 'developed' and draw in 'investment'.

Either that or they're inward-looking, arrogant xenophobes who instinctively blame their problems on outsiders.

Hmm sound like retards. They probably get pissed at Brits though who turn up en masse like middle england reinvented, they try to turn that place into what britain was/should be like in their own eyes. And they cant speak any french.
