£200K - Central London, £700Pa Service Charge

Recommended Posts

Not only is it £200k for it but

Under the original planning requirements, only residents who are living within a 400m radius of the car park will be permitted to purchase a space.

TBH if i had £100m + in the bank i'd buy it, then get some crackpot "modern artist" to make an art display on it.

or park a clapped out Austin Metro in the space

Its is two parking spaces but lets not let that get in the way of a good story for the papers. And this is for a space directly opposite Harrods.

"STOP PRESS - Average UK house prices now £320k !!"

* Note - this is if you decide to buy BOTH semi detached houses and not just the one.
