What Is A Random Audit Check?

Recommended Posts

We were supposed to hear whether our mortgage had been approved and have just been informed that our application has been selected for a random audit check. What is this? What are they looking for?

It's to "check" if you've taken out a

LIAR LOAN.

Not that they ACTUALLY care at all -- it is all window dressing - a PR exercise which will be a complete sham....

& By the way -- LIAR LOANS were the mechanism by which "prices" were super-turbo'd upwards by the VI's - & SOLD to unsuspecting people by bent Mortgage "Brokers" -- [see ALL details below.]

& - The trouble is today --- due to absurd, unaffordable & unsustainable "house prices" it is basically impossible for 99% of 'ordinary people' on 'ordinary' incomes for them - to "AFFORD" a roof over their heads - something they plainly couldn't and still can't do - UNLESS THEY TAKE OUT SOME FORM OF A LIAR LOAN - whether is is over 3.5 x income [a LIAR LOAN because it is a big LIE to pretend that such a thing is "affordable], or an "interest only" mortgage - [another LIE - because it is financial suicide...] etc etc etc.

READ ALL BELOW -- and type in the words "Predatory Liar Loan" into Google - and get reading.......
