I like the ex-windmill one. How can that be only £550,000 given the dross that goes for much more in the SE?

Constant road noise from the A1 and A17 most likely. Great place though.

Ahoy! A lighthouse! - £1,250,000

The owner has been trying to sell that since at least April 2010. Bought it in 1995 when his jokey 11111 offer was accepted, made loads renting it out as holiday cottages, and now wants over a million pounds thank you very much.

'So I put a silly bid in an envelope - all the ones at £11,111 - and to my amazement I won.'
