Property Bee Really Is Great

I hope the link works,

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/new-homes/find.html?searchType=SALE&locationIdentifier=POSTCODE^1329127&insId=3&radius=3.0&displayPropertyType=&minBedrooms=&maxBedrooms=&minPrice=&maxPrice=&retirement=&partBuyPartRent=&maxDaysSinceAdded=&_includeSSTC=on&sortByPriceDescending=&primaryDisplayPropertyType=&secondaryDisplayPropertyType=&oldDisplayPropertyType=&oldPrimaryDisplayPropertyType=&newHome=true&auction=false

Check out some of the hits from these flats John St Penicuik...

"Massive final price reduction" Down from £160K 12 months ago down to £120K now, and there are at least 9 still to sell...

I do not know Penicuik very well but these look like they look over a skanky bit of the pedestrian zone in the city centre - if so they are still over priced.

But it is the FINAL offer.

Think you are spot on. Pressure from their bank no doubt. About time. This should happen more though. Isn't that what a 'capitalist' economy is all about...
