Leafleting To Sell.

Recommended Posts

I've heard of leafleting to buy a house but never to sell. Must be rather desperate. I like the blatant *bend of the truth* that it is a "quiet area", that parade of shops it's above is frequented by hordes of youths of an evening and the chavs like to sit in the car park and rev their Vauxhall Novas.

The listing is a bit strange, the contact number is a mobile and a local landline number so I assume that of the vendor but the agent is Milton Keynes.

Edit: removed potentially libilous wording.

I'm sure someone posted an "Alan" who was selling properties using dodgy roadside posters.

Lo and behold, did a search on the tel no. and we have this rogue....

Brilliant well found thanks. So he is a quick sale company. He bought it for £125,000 in January by the looks of it.

Seeing as it's "just had new carpets and refurbished throughout" he's going to be making much out of it after buying selling costs probabaly a loss.

Brilliant site! It's definitely worth looking at. I suspect the guy is loaded with tons of properties bought 'cheap' and can't sell them now.

He probably tried to rent it and then found the market couldn't pay the extravagant rent he needed to pay the bank loan.

lol!

Actually I think this is serious. Video evidence on his site points towards the terrifying techniques Alan intends to take to push through that elusive BMV deal.
