Optimistic Property Pricing

Recommended Posts

Just seen this in my daily Rightmove alert

Bling house not included - just shy of 1/4 million for a few hundred square metres of farmland an hours drive from the nearest well-paid employment!

It's 2006 all over again.

The worst thing about selling a house on Rightmove is that potential buyers have to wade through a tide of optimistic kite-fliers and failed overpriced developments before they come across any "real" sellers.
