Greek Govt. Vote Of Confidence

Recommended Posts

Was gonna make a point of putting time aside to watch the markets live and see what happens, either way, when they have their vote.

Anyone know wha time its expected to be?

I understand it to be 2200 BST tonight but could well be wrong.

With a five-seat majority, Papandreou’s socialist PASOK party is seen as likely to prevail in the vote, which is expected to take place near midnight Athens time, or 5 p.m. Eastern.

Best thing would be that the vote is lost. High time they just defaulted and this fallacy they can pay it back is resolved. They can't. They won't. They ned to leave the Euro and let theri currency fall off a cliff, not use everyone elses money to prop up the insane. Ireland can follow suit and Portugal. Spain, might want to squeak through. Italy...well, dunno if it could afford its debts as they are over 200% of GDP and climbing. It is INSANE. IR's up and they are finished too.
