Blimey That Was Fast.

Got back from Skiathos last week to find a house 3 doors up ( 3 bd detatched ) , had been put on the market.

So thats now about 2 weeks and it was on for £250k.

Just looked and it has been dropped already to £235k .

I think my friend’s sale will be like that – he put it on the market £5000 less than the estate agent valued it at – 1 month later 3 viewers no interest no offers- now he is harping on about how much to reduce it by – I said 50% should get a little interest
