This little beaut has been on the market for just over a year now.

265k -> 205k.

It's this less-than-prime properties that are losing most value, yet because of the way Rightmove & calculates their index reduced asking prices are never factored in, and of course because it can't find a buyer it will never make it as far as RICS/Halifax/NW/LR.

Attached the Property Bee history.

That's a whole lot of money for a shithole...

The pub? I'm puzzled why an EA in Birmingham, a good 90 mins drive away, is overseeing the sale (or lack of). Anyway, given the size of the car park, there's room to build three family sized homes on that plot - if planning permission is given.

What an odd layout that flat has. The hallway is 9 ft wide whereas the 2nd bedroom is just 5 ft 3"

High peak small bungelow recently reduced to £250k

Been on for 3 years, not all property bee history there as has been relisted at least once, iirc started out in 2008 for £385k

Bear in mind locals lucky to earn above min wage

Assuming that it's one of the Band D properties in that post code, 250K looks about the right price. 385K was ludicrous
