I believe it's the first link on that page; New index of apartment prices by age http://www.bankofgreece.gr/BogDocumentEn/NEW_INDEX_OF_APARTMENT_PRICES_BY_AGE.PDF

Can anyone read greek? Do we have any greek HPCers?

From the second column; Trying to guess, the peak was 2008 (index 102.2) now it is 91.5 first qtr 2011. I make that a piddly 10% drop.

The bottom link is a graph, which looks like it is updated quarterly.

The graph is the House price to rent ratio, and the annual change in house prices. It is worth keeping an eye on - their biggest drop was 7.5% in one year, 4th qtr 2010. Bigger drops to come?

I firmly believe the big drops in Greece are yet to come. The bailouts have prolonged their crash like everywhere else, but the inevitable is not far away now.
