200p
The bottom link is a graph, which looks like it is updated quarterly. http://www.bankofgreece.gr/BogDocumentEn/House_price-to-rent_ratio.pdf The graph is the House price to rent ratio, and the annual change in house prices. It is worth keeping an eye on - their biggest drop was 7.5% in one year, 4th qtr 2010. Bigger drops to come? 200p
I firmly believe the big drops in Greece are yet to come. The bailouts have prolonged their crash like everywhere else, but the inevitable is not far away now.
