Updates On Property Pal

Recommended Posts

Over the past few weeks i have seen an increasing number of houses showing as "updated" on PP

In my experience of PP this usually means a price reduction. However im seeing more and more which are showing no change in price but showing as updated.

Can anyone explain this? What exactly has been updated?

i assume this is to put the property back to the top of the list? they can change one word in the description and this is flagged as updated and moved to the top of the "recently updated" properties list

Propertypal don't put properties back up to the top of the list if the price or description is changed, just Propertynews does this. It may simply be a case of the agent changing the description slightly but not the price.

Is this a case of the vendor getting impatient? Wanting their property to get noticed perhaps?
