1.5 Million - Offers Over!

Recommended Posts

Yes, I saw it. Way over-priced asking price IMPO.

The house is very nice but how safe is that view - what if someone builds a block of flats on the land just below it? There are equally as nice homes for circa 500K asking in the area. It is, however, a lovely home but I personally think the asking price should be nearer 650K.

Personally I wouldn't pay £1.5m for a house where it rained 2/3 of the time and there isnt a decent restaurant for 100 miles but thats just me

You may have a good point about the weather.

I rather a bit of rain than earthquakes, tsunamis, tornados, hurricanes and snow blizzards.

And there's premier league football as well within five miles.

£1.5m ~ Eur 2m

I don't need to look at a property web site to tell me that would buy a rather nice villa in a nice suburb of Barcelona
