From Sale Agreed To For Sale On The Same Day

Recommended Posts

Been watching this house too just because of its location, had to take a double take when I saw it had gone sale agreed at lunchtime.

Got to be a mistake by the EA. Nobody would touch it at its current asking price

The 'popularity' graph on the stats page is rather amusing - if the vendor happens to check it out - 335 views yesterday! and 3,5,10,1,2 ..... etc on the days before it

Amazing what a link on HPC can do for popularity!

This house is on my shortlist but i wouldn't buy at anywhere near that price.

This morning it was put as Sale Agreed but 1 hour ago its gone back to For Sale again

Someone change their mind or a mess up by the EA?

Prob up to their tricks to manipulate figures.

Either that or FTBer was talked into buying it ... phoned up the Bank to ask for a loan ... and DECLINED immediately.

The joys of this pointless current housing cycle

I did that once. Viewed a house for the 3rd time. Made an offer. Offer agreed. Spoke to the neighbours next day and found out that the house had a wonderful Oak Tree that 3 neighbours were trying to have removed as the roots were destroying foundations on their properties. Long standing dispute.

SSTC to for Sale in 24 Hours.... We were desperate and naive in the old days.
