Propertybee 'wally Of The Week' Award!

Recommended Posts

Those with PB, please see here:

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-25001006.html

what on earth is the guy thinking???

He's thinking most people don't have Property Bee.

And he would be right.

It seems that much of the value is in the planning application. As it's been on sale for almost 2.5 years they are going to have to do something soon to stop it lapseing

Seems like the vendor puts it on for one week at the higher price, then drops it to make it look like it's a bargain. Three weeks later when no-one's shown any interest, the price goes back up for a week. Repeat process ad infinitum.
