Smallest Bedroom Competition

Recommended Posts

This house, http://www.struttand..._BNY110153.html

It's nice enough I suppose, but look at bedroom 4.. 8ft x 5ft, and that's before you open the 3ft door into it.. I make that a 5ft square room.. a bedroom ? really ?

Better to have made a walk in wardrobe for Bedroom2, or even a bigger bedroom. However the psuedo additional bedroom adds squizillions onto the price no doubt.

The obsession with the number of bedrooms rather than the square footage of a house remains a mystery to me.

Actually all the bedrooms are small! There would be no room for my "equipment"!

Good size lounge and car-port though!

BEDROOM 5 2.00m (6'7") x 1.40m (4'7")

Double glazed window to side, radiator.

Whilst maybe not the smallest - it doesn't have a door on the "3d" floorplans and that made me laugh.

What do estate agents do for their money! According to the plan, and the blurb, there is no communal bathroom, just an ensuite shower in the master bedroom and a downstairs toilet! (I assume the unlabelled room off the top landing is the bathroom). Typical, spend effort on a fancy 3D floorplan, but no effort on checking things.

I wonder where the door to bedroom 5 actually is!

Looking at the exterior pics, it looks like the front door goes into the Dining Room

so thats really the reception, and the playroom is the lounge.

Still, 5 toilets, impressive.
