New Feature On Propertynews?

Recommended Posts

Feels just like watching our favourite Property Shows on TV. :P

Nice little addition but it does nothing more than the original content does.

Have they not added a video tour yet? That would be more useful.

WOW they have a new feature - property statistics- trying to catch up with Propertypal.

http://www.propertynews.com/brochure-property-stats?p=PNC586335

From a look at it they are concentrating on asking prices again which is as useless as Propertypal's neighbourhood prices.

Will be interesting though to see how many of the sale agreeds come back on for sale.

What about a section where any property not sale agreed after 6 months, and without a price drop, is quarantined and allowed to stay and rot and fester. Stigmatised and unloved in the 'got greedy and lost' section, the casual peruser could take a look and tut as the madness recedes over the horizon along with their chance of a sale.

And yet, as the prodigal son, they would be welcomed with open arms as long lost friends if they see the light and return with a newly shorn price back into the mainstream.

The only thing is there would be a lot of yo- yos and a very small active list.

I like this one I found

http://www.propertynews.com/brochure-property-stats?p=PNC250688

On since September 2007 at an aspirational price of RV (155K) + 90% = 295K -- what a waste of space on a database.

This is an example of the middle market that I think has yet to face reality.

This one made me laugh - listed with a note that "a member of staff has an interest in this property"
