Japan faces downgrade as economic turmoil goes on

JAPAN'S hopes of bouncing back from the economic turmoil caused by the earthquake and tsunami in March have been knocked by the threat of a credit rating downgrade from Moody's, and a rise in unemployment.
Moody's warned that the devastation that struck Japan nearly three months ago is making it even harder for the country to recover from the financial crisis.

Their sales must be being hit hard as I have noticed the gouging going on with Japanese camera equipment recently. Lots of people waiting to upgrade will put off buying.

I notice the Jpy is up by 1.26% against the Gbp, it's up more than any other currency. Of course a moodys downgrade is just what they want isn't it? Must keep the Yen down at all costs...

Typical distortion of facts by the MSM, even though mainstream news have stopped reporting about it, the devastation is still ongoing, the nuclear power station wrecks are still spewing out radioactive materials and are still out-of-control and the contamination is still increasing (see our Fukushima thread).

As we all know radiation isn't a threat, rumor and stress will cause more cancers.

Still at least the Japanese govt is busy creating even more debt which appears to be the solution to all the worlds problems.
