C M L Market Warning: Repossessions Will Rise In 2012

Recommended Posts

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-13620099

House repossessions are likely to rise again next year, the Council of Mortgage lenders (CML) has warned.

Things just keeping getting brighter don't they? :D:D:D:D

But lets spare a moment's thought for the poor souls who bought at the top, lost their jobs or went hog wild on MEW. :(:(:(

Vital to be balanced in these dark days.

"Sales this year will be even lower than it first thought, at 840,000.

They will recover next year to 900,000, a level last seen in 2008, the CML predicts."

That's pretty bleak, and more stabilising at a low level. Volumes still way off peak.
