Prelim Business Investments Plummets

Recommended Posts

Forecast 2.4% actual -7.1%! What's that all about?

It's a leading indicator of economic health - businesses are quickly affected by market conditions, and changes in their investment levels can be an early signal of future economic activity such as hiring, spending, and earnings;

I don't know anything about this to be honest. Just looked like a huge drop on FF.

tut tut...what of the plans to repay the deficit through growth now.

I guess that "growth" can only be through inflation now.

They've fracked with the real world just a bit too much for my taste, and we STILL have a serious financial problem.

I am in the process of winding my business up after 34 years.It's only put two people on the dole but the first four months of this year produced a net profit of £2000 and I am using £200k of my own capital to run it.Currently about 70% of the way towards liquidating my stock,I will just live off that and not work.
