Hpi Year-To-Date

Recommended Posts

We regularly see yearly/quarterly/mom figures, does anyone know what the year-to-date HPI is for the various indices ?

I think Jonathan Davis was forecasting a 10% drop this year, how on/off target are we ?

Thanks for the figures.

Rightmove will show some big falls out of peak spring season as its not SA This 6% will be wiped out within a couple of months soon. You really can only use YoY for rightmove.

All from Dec - Apr:

Nationwide: +1.75%

Halifax: -1.26%

Rightmove: +6.03%

JD did forecast -10% this year.

I thought Halifax was c -4.9% over the last year to most recent survey.

Yes it is actual YoY.

Exiges wanted to know what they were year to date.

The YoY could remain around that level or move back closer to 0 though as the falls of last year begin to come into the figures.

We need Halifax MoM falls to accelerate from now on for the yoy to continue to fall.
