Wow! The Joy Of Land Registry

Have been following local EA e-mails for about 9 months or so, but of course that doesn't tell you much.

This chart shows the land registry data for my area. Very interesting. 9/11 and the Iraq war both make their mark, but hang on, where's this year's spring bounce?

cool -- definite downturn it looks like.

might want to post it as a GIF or JPEG -- BMP format is huge.
