Prices Predictedto Fall Further

Recommended Posts

There is something called the printing press, and the PTB are not afraid to use it. Trillions will be printed in an effort to prevent a rout, which will ironically cause a rout!

If that was the case, the banks wouldn't want 30% deposit.

What do they know ? They know there will be nominal drops.

True

Always been the same.

PRICES rising = little or no deposit at all.

PRICES falling= large deposits.

Spot on, whilst the BBC orchestra of misinformation plays on for the masses informing everyone that it is all ok.

So looking at deposit requirements currently we are anything between 15-25% nominal falls over the next few years.

I don't believe that printing money will fix the housing problem, that is not unless they directly give it to Joe Blogs on the street.

As the Bernank would say drop it from helicopters.

The current QE operation does not get to the man on the street, it just makes the rich richer which is great for high end London property but has bugger else effect on other property outside the M25.
