I know the solution to this trick. If you don't want the answer look away now:

Just go by sq footage rather than rooms, although the cupboard room and the bathbedroom are bit of a giveaway.

Why have they put a bed in the bathroom?!

And can you legally have an electric heater that close to a shower?

I presume the double cupboard in one of the bedrooms is actually the garage.

You don't even need to put a bed in the bathroom, the bath itself can be made into a bed, comfy pillow and a quilt for little people......any room can become a bedroom even a garage or a shed. ;)
