Countrywide Manchester Auction on 2nd June

Flat 1, 43 Vale Street, Denbigh, Denbighshire, LL16

Guide Price £2,000 - £4,000

A First Floor Apartment comprising of three rooms close to the town centre.

Anyone know the story on this one, just a shell with squatters in, lease about to expire, no realistic prospect of making it liveable?

EDIT - The second floor flat is available with the same guide price.

Leasehold - maybe not long left on the lease?

Next to some sort of religious building - potential liabilities?

Squatters? Have to get them out I guess.

Leasem might not be long enough as Mixle says. The religious building is the worry - if it is connected to the religious building in any way there could be some rather hefty rents or fees due to the church.

Go into the red shop next door and ask, or ask around in the nearby shops.
