If you do a search on rightmove and KFH, there are 10 properties (RM) and 1 (KFH) from this estate for sale. When the houses started to come onto the market about 3-4 months ago, asking prices for 8 of them were 330k. One then came on at 352k, which made me sigh in disbelief. About a 2 months ago, another appeared at 309,950 and today (KFH) have taken on one at 299,950, which I assume will set the new price. I do not know if any of the properties are on with more than one agent. I find it strange that they are nearly all up for sale or are they trying to escape now. I have driven into this estate and there are only 13 houses, as listed above and when I last visited (2-3 months ago) there were no for sale signs erected. I really don't no what to say to people who do not accept the housing market has already started to correct, substantially in respect of these properties.

Am I missing something?

Well I'll risk being shot down as I guess I'm not your flavour of the month :rolleyes: just visited Right move and looking at the pictures, there is a page with nine listings of them semi's and terraces. And they are all new and unlived in. you can see the plot number sheet in the windows. These houses are not they that are registered at LR, thats for sure.

Update.

As advertised in a local paper this week, Barnard Marcus EA are acting for the mortgagees in possession and have received offers of 300k on each one. 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, & 13 Woodland Mews. :ph34r: The previous prices paid are as follows:

I know this is an isolated case, but I make this roughly a 36% fall in price :ph34r::ph34r:. This is just a reminder that house prices do in fact go both up and down.
