Bargain @ £400K!

I've always quite liked this house when I've passed it. Interesting to see inside. However it's small and on a busy junction, despite the rural location. Utterly, utterly delusional price.

anecdotal...do you think the high price then the drop is a bit DFS sales tactics?

"Was...X....now.....Y....Look what you're saving" type thing? :huh:

Personally I think the client believed the EA blurb then when no-one rushed to view reality swept in.

Fair play to them, I've seen more than a few houses where it took over a year for reality to hit, some where it still hasn't....

Reality seems to have hit in the Mid-Ulster area but in spite of this, i.e many houses being reduced to RV and below, they are still not selling.
