rantnrave
Example please Last month's update said all of four properties were sold in my postcode during Feb. Today's new data has pushed the Feb sales to a more consistent 11.
bingobob
Sales numbers for March have appeared and yes February's sales volumes have been updated to more realistic levels. March saw the lowest number of sales for 7 years in my area (AL3). However average price has risen from 300k about 5 months ago to approx 425k in March. Just shows how these low volumes can skew the figures.
