Hometrack's Latest Release Updated

Thanks for posting that, I find this interesting for the last 3 months... as much as we'd like to think to the contrary, houses are on the market for LESS time than they were 2 months ago.

Good to see they're only getting 92% of asking price, so any HPCers are forbidden from putting any bid in more than 8% under asking.

Average time on the market (weeks) 10.0 - 9.9 - 9.6

% of the asking price being achieved 92.4 - 92.7 - 92.6

I like this graph, it's very colourful

I always liked the Hometrack. It's a much better barometer of the market than Rightmove, imo.

The message seems to be that supply is about to increase dramatically over the summer.
