Houses not being sold at all don't feed through to the HP indexes (at least N'wide and H'fax) so if the prices come down and more sell should feed thorugh to these, then negative YOY and then freefall??!! In all seriousness, I joined this forum in May...I then joined C4 in June I guess, and answered a post made by someone asking if now was a good time to buy. Jumped on like a ton of bricks by susiecam, decca, shoequeen and the like, because I reckoned a correction was coming, I was banned the day after. So whats that, 16 weeks at the most, and boy what a "Sea Change" has taken place in sentiment and realisation on that forum. And the important fact is a realisation has set in that prices have to be reduced to progress a sale. Webmaster - we should have a complete re-design of this site's visuals: Dark background, grey text preferably on black, and plenty of "brushed metal" effect.
