Turning The Clock Back (Sunday Times Home)

Recommended Posts

Attached is a scan outrageously lifted from the Sunday Times (Scotland) Home Section illustrating where house prices are nationally in relation to their 2007 peak.

Looks promising for vast areas of the uk.

They are saying Scottish prices are at 2007 levels?

Was up there last week. The whole place is covered in unsold new build estates. Asking prices might be at 2007, but I can guarantee no one is offering 2007 prices.
