LEARN A USEFUL TRADE that can be exchanged (Ie plumbing, carpentry, motor mechanic)

DONT GO $100K IN DEBT for a useless meeja studies degree.

Who knows, maybe top up fees mk2 will be a good thing...

The only problem I can see with this is that vested interests will make it so you have to study a degree for these trades.

Over the past decade the building regulations are being set higher and higher. This makes it harder for the individual tradesman, however at the same time big building firms get away with putting up crap.
