Was there last night. Three EA's in a very contained area on the high street.

One in particular had "New price" tags on about 50% of the properties in the window. It also had "New Instruction" tags on around 1/4 of the properties.

I get the feeling that suddenly this last bastion of the A10 commuter corridor is feeling the pinch- big time.

Things were very "Chocolate boxy" and overpriced, so it's not that surprising.

I would love to know if this particular EA is pricing low to keep his business- personally I think a shrewd move, or looking like they are desperate to sell to stay in the game?

I suppose we won't know the answer for 6 months.
