Probably been aired before. But, why are so few houses advertised privately. There seems to be a growing number of web sites offering this service for a modest fee but they are all pretty rubbish.

Whats the problem ?

Personally speaking, if it's not on rightmove then it doesn't exist in my world.

Quite agree - although there are some fixed fee estate agents who offer a cheaper way on to Rightmove. May be this is the future of house selling, for some regions of the UK at least.
