Recommended Posts

Claiming to be unique (they must not know about Express) this Estate Agent says:

'Get an Offer provide a unique Nationwide Estate Agency service. Unique because they specialise in introducing motivated sellers to motivated buyers. Sellers are keen to sell fast and therefore are generally able to take discounts making their property the best value in the area. Buyers are pre qualified to ensure that every sale proceeds as quickly as possible.

Covering the entire United Kingdom Get an Offer will find you a buyer. Fast.

Members of The Property Ombudsman and NFOPP you can rest assured that the transaction will be dealt with efficiently and quickly. '

Let's hope this is a new breed as anything which knocks the local prices down is welcome to me.

Are they comedians?

They have properties that haven't dropped in price but just have a range added from the original prices to an even larger fantasy price.

This one here originally £480k then rises to £500k then changed to a range of £500k to £550k.

Should it be called Don't Get Me An Offer?

I wonder if the negotiation is you offer at the upper end, the valuers knock a bit off and they give you everything above the lower end back as a vendor gifted deposit, happily taking care of sd and deposit...?

Just another EA angle. Take crap overpriced properties that wont sell, cut them from their initial overpriced figure to another overpriced figure and hope someone buys into it.
