Looks like a wreck, I guess the seller is not a well person and has to shift the house with minimal fuss. Maybe he or she simply isn't able to arrange disposal etc.

Not very far from me..I'd say that the owner had died,and the car was part of the estate.Would make more sense to sell the car separately though.(Details slightly wrong..Lyme Grove is parallel to Longshut Lane West,not off it;there are no roads leading off Longshut,which is a grotty short road leading between Shaw Heath and the A6.It's got a car dealership and some dodgy-looking "hotels" on it.)

There,s a lot of more expensive properties for the area in this auction, Looks like the top end of the market is stagnating as well as the bottom now, one or two properties with the wooden curtains up, bad sign ;)

In fairness that car was brand new when the house first went on sale. They've just been waiting for the market to get "back to normal".......

Yep could be true, i'm seeing soom properties on rightmove back to april 2008 now
