Rightmove Consumer Confidence Survey

So you can see the bias in the questions ... do you expect prices to fall by ... max option is greater than 10 %

Also biased somewhat by the fact that most rightmove subscribers would i guess be those actively looking therefore those that think prices are currently reasonable.

This is better than their normal surveys. At least when you answer 'not planning to buy a house' the next question is what are your reasons for planning to buy a house this year?
